The MBRT60045 is a high surge capability three tower package diode with a repetitive peak reverse voltage rating of 45V, RMS reverse voltage rating of 32V, and a DC blocking voltage rating of 45V. The package is isolation type with an electrically isolated base plate and is not ESD sensitive. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and the storage temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The average forward current per package is 600A and the peak forward surge current per leg is 4000A for a duration of 8.3ms with a half sine wave. The maximum instantaneous forward voltage per leg is 0.75V, with a forward current of 300A and a junction temperature of 25°C.
