The Starpower GD200HFL120C2S is an IGBT power module designed for use in applications such as inverters, UPS systems, motor drives, AC and DC servo drive amplifiers, and uninterruptible power supplies. It features low conduction loss and short circuit ruggedness and uses low VCE(sat) SPT+ IGBT technology. The module has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1200V, a maximum gate-emitter voltage of ±20V, a maximum collector current of 200A, and a maximum collector power dissipation of 1364W. The operating junction temperature is rated at +150°C and the storage temperature can range from -40°C to +125°C. The module is packaged as a 2-in-one module with a maximum mounting torque of 2.5 to 5.0 N.m for the power terminal screw and 3.0 to 5.0 N.m for the mounting screw.
