The DD110F-160 is a power diode module designed for various rectifier circuits. It has two diode chips connected in series in a 25mm width package and the mounting base is electrically isolated from the elements for simple heatsink construction. The module has a wide voltage rating of up to 1600V, making it suitable for various input voltages. The module is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600V, average forward current of 110A (single phase, half wave, 180°C conduction, TC:88°C), RMS forward current of 172A (single phase, half wave, 180°C conduction, TC:88°C), surge forward current of 2300/2550A (1/2 cycle, 50/60HZ, peak value, non-repetitive), and isolation breakdown voltage of 2500V (RMS AC 1 minute). The operating junction temperature is +150°C and the storage temperature is -40 to +125°C. The recommended mounting screw torque is 2.7 N·m for M5 screws.
