Mitsubishi CM300DXD-24A is a power semiconductor module designed for use in high-power applications. CM300DXD-24A is a dual IGBT module that handle up to 300A current & voltage rating 1200V.

The module(CM300DXD-24A) features a built-in temperature sensor, allows for real-time monitoring of the device’s temperature, that helps to prevent thermal damage and improve system reliability. It also has a built-in gate driver circuit that simplifies the design of the control circuitry.
