The 1DI480A-055 is a bipolar NPN power module transistor made by Fuji brand. It has a maximum collector-emitter voltage rating of 600V, a maximum gate-emitter voltage rating of ±20V, a maximum collector current rating of 480A, and a maximum collector power dissipation rating of 2000W. It is compact in size and suitable for PC board mounting, and has low VCE(sat) characteristics. This transistor is suitable for applications such as inverter for motor drive, AC and DC servo drive amplifier, and uninterruptible power supply. It has an operating junction temperature rating of +150°C and a storage temperature rating of -40 to +125°C. The recommended mounting screw torque is 4.5 *1 N·m.
