The CM400DY-24A is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module designed for use in high-power applications such as motor drives, servo drive amplifiers, and uninterruptible power supplies. Its compact package and P.C. board mount make it easy to integrate into a variety of systems. The device features a low VCE(sat) and is capable of withstanding high collector currents up to 400A and collector-emitter voltages up to 1200V. The module has a collector power dissipation rating of 27100W and an operating junction temperature of +150°C. The CM400DY-24A is capable of withstanding storage temperatures ranging from -40 to +125°C, and has a recommended mounting screw torque of 3.5 * 1 N·m.
