PM20CEE060 is an Intellinodu-2 IGBT module manufactured by Mitsubishi. It is designed for applications that require high frequency output switching inverter. It consists of a complete drive, control and protection circuitry for the IGBT inverter, and is isolated from the baseplate. The module is capable of withstanding a collector-emitter voltage of 600V and a collector current of ±20 Amperes. It also has protection features such as short circuit, over-current, over-temperature, and under-voltage protection. The module can be used in inverters, small UPS, motion/servo control, and AC motor control applications. The module’s weight is 114g, and it has a storage temperature range of -40 to +125°C and a power device junction temperature of +150°C.
