The CM400HC6-24NFM is a Powerex NFM IGBT module designed for hard switching applications with a frequency range of 15-30 kHz. It features a low drive power, low ESW (off), and a discrete super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. The isolated baseplate facilitates heat sinking and the module can be used in a variety of applications such as power supplies, UPS, battery-powered supplies, and induction heating. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200V, gate-emitter voltage rating of ±20V, collector current rating of 400A, peak collector current of 800A, and a maximum collector dissipation of 2710W. The weight of the module is 370 grams and it has an isolation voltage rating of 2500V.

Powerex NFM IGBT Modules are designed for use in hard switching (15-30 kHz) applica-tions. Each module consists of one IGBT Transistor in a single configuration with a reverse-con-nected super-fast recovery free-wheel diode. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offer-ing simplified system assembly and thermal management.
