The VS-200MT160K is a three-phase bridge power module manufactured by Vishay Semiconductors. It has a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1600V, a gate-emitter voltage rating of ±20V, a collector current rating of 200A, and a collector power dissipation rating of 1270W. The module has a high thermal conductivity package with an electrically insulated case and a low power loss, making it an excellent choice for industrial-level applications.
