Power Diode Module MDC100-16 series are designed for variousRectifier circuits.
MDC100-16 has two diode chips connected in series in 25mm width package and the mounting base is electrically isolated from elements for simpleheatsink onstruction.
Wide voltage rating up to 1600V is available for various input  voltages.
